Overview

Retail Key Holder - Alliance Plaza at Bath & Body Works. This role supports delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Store leaders are the front line of the field leadership team, retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who connect with customers.

• Lead tasks as delegated by the store manager, including acting as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, store policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and dissemination of company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness by adhering to safety standards and expectations.
