Maintenance Assistant /Helper

Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is looking for a full‑time candidate to work in our manufacturing.

Working Hours:

10‑hour shifts 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday with some overtime on Friday as required.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be safety conscious and follow safety rules.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Attendance is key.
• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must pass drug and alcohol test.
• Must pass background check.

• Basic grounds knowledge, lawn care, weed trimming, painting.
• In‑house maintenance:
  Janitorial duties.
• Basic maintenance:
  Assisting in plumbing, electrical, and basic machine upkeep and repair.
• Must be self‑motivated with good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to carry out instructions and training both in written or verbal.
• Must be willing to work independently.
