General Labor

Now hiring General Laborers for a company in Alliance for 1st shift.

Weekly pay ranging between $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, scrap shears, balers, and shredders.
• Sort and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other recyclable materials.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and processing equipment.
• Break down oversized scrap materials into manageable pieces for processing.
• Feed materials into shredders, balers, and shear systems safely and efficiently.
• Maintain steady material flow to prevent production delays.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous heavy machinery experience.
