* Qualifications:

* * 3 years of experience as a residential electrician

* A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Capable of working unsupervised and on your own

* Able to pass an electrical aptitude test

* Able to pass a background and drug test

* Demonstrate excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills

* Willing to grow personally, professionally and economically

* Electric License/Certification is a plus but not required

* Responsibilities:
* * Respond to residential and commercial client requests for electrical assistance and repairs

* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely

* Drive a fully stocked Mercedes Sprinter Van to two to three client locations per day

* Deliver first-class workmanship and ensure complete client satisfaction

* Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout each project

* Represent the company professionally by arriving in a clean uniform with a positive attitude

* Explain technical information in simple terms to help clients understand their electrical needs

* Collaborate with a respectful, team-oriented group committed to mutual growth and support

* Uphold company safety and quality standards while using the industry’s best tools and equipment

* Participate in ongoing education and training to continually enhance skills and performance
