• Lead or co-lead one or more complex clinical trials in a therapeutic area for one or more compounds
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Medical Program Lead
• Author and review clinical and regulatory documents to support registration and commercialization
• Develop and review study plans while serving as a liaison to project teams and CROs
• Provide mentoring to junior-level Clinical Research Scientists

• PhD, Pharm D, MS, or equivalent degree in medical, biological, pharmaceutical science, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical research with at least 4 years in drug development
• Prior oncology/hematology drug development experience is a plus
• Proven skills in a project-oriented matrixed team environment
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
