What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive territory engagement through trade shows, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Partner with distributors, integrators, and end‑users to enhance sales within the territory
  • Serve as a problem solver for partners by assisting with quotes, proposals, and troubleshooting objections
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to achieve sales goals
  • Conduct weekly and quarterly reporting on pipeline status and forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in complex technical sales or 2 years of experience in Video Security/Access Control field sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota expectations
  • Comfortable working through channels and directly with end‑users
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and perform basic mechanical assembly for equipment demonstrations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

  • Hunter mentality with a strong focus on growing net new business
  • Confident in presenting and demonstrating complex technical products
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, sometimes with minimal notice
