• Guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday projects
• Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to configure and test solutions, ensuring no disruption to production environments
• Lead projects as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance reviewer
• Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support and knowledge sharing
• Drive business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing enterprise management solutions (e.g., Workday, People Soft, SAP)
• At least 5 years of experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions
• Subject Matter Expertise in Workday Financials
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively

• Experience in client service with a passion for delivering exceptional results
• Knowledge of current Workday functionality and future product direction
• Familiarity with the employer's methodologies and processes
