• Lead and manage customer-facing product implementations and internal organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with customers to understand their processes and provide implementation strategies
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Identify and manage project-related risks, issues, and scope changes
• Drive internal projects and process improvement initiatives to completion

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ability to present and lead customer-facing group discussions
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build consensus with various audiences

• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• 2 years of experience in the clinical research industry
• Prior managerial experience
• Business analysis experience in process definition and workflow design
• Data migration experience, including data mapping and validation
