• Provide consulting leadership in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Quality to manufacturing customers
• Deliver multi-faceted services including new implementations, solution optimization, and product expansion projects
• Engage in customer kick-off meetings, reviewing project expectations and training timelines
• Monitor and adhere to project plans and implementation timelines
• Manage customer support requests from initiation to completion

• Bachelor's degree
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visas
• Strong experience in the manufacturing industry or operations
• Proven ability to implement ERP/MES systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft SQL in a professional environment
• Familiarity with PLC programming and Plex Mach2
• Experience with Niagara or Kepware
• Prior experience with Boomi integration software
• Experience configuring software to meet customer requirements
