We are actively seeking a Project Manager | Transportation | Highway in our Lehigh Valley, PA office. As a Project Manager | Transportation | Highway with HRG
, you will be responsible for:

• Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of transportation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Highway Design & Engineering: Oversee the design of roadways, interchanges, pavement systems, and associated infrastructure
• Construction Oversight: Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for highway construction projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license
• 5+ years of technical competency and project experience including:
  • Highway construction plans
  • Highway occupancy permits
  • Highway drainage design
  • Pavement design
  • Right-of-way plans
  • Maintenance and protection of traffic
  • PENNDOT projects
• Proficient with Microstation/Inroads/Open Roads (preferred) and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Client-focused leader and team player with strong budgeting, communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc.
• Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
• Valid US Driver's License is required
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
