Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact? Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support a local and growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely solutions and support

+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to resolve complex issues

+ Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience

+ Uphold company values with professionalism and empathy in every interaction

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous customer service experience preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills required

+ Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or other industry certifications are a plus (Source: Q1  Demand for Skilled )

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's/bachelor's degree is an asset
