Position Description

The Butz Family of Companies seeks a Superintendent at Alvin H. Butz located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for directing the foremen and field operations of the various specialty contractors on the project site. We thrive on delivering large scale projects for clients that embrace our innovative mindset and are looking to add talent to our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule development
• Quality control
• Safety control
• Coordination of job site construction activities
• Interfacing with the site facilities personnel
• Daily inspections
• Adherence to project schedules

Position Requirements

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline and five years of field supervisory experience in the construction of commercial and/or institutional buildings, or an equivalent combination of technical training and job experience.
