Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, industrial machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in production lines and facility infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and automation components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor control circuits.
• Execute wiring, conduit installation, and electrical panel building tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, electrical codes (e.g., NEC), and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and repairing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI systems.
• Expertise in motor control circuits, including VFDs, servo drives, and traditional starters.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Thorough understanding and adherence to electrical safety procedures (e.g., LOTO, NFPA 70E, arc flash).
• Skilled in using various electrical testing equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, clamp meters) for diagnostics.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience
• Experience with robotics electrical systems and controls
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Certification or advanced training in Arc Flash Safety (NFPA 70E)
