Job Description
Location: Northern Illinois (Relocation Assistance Available) Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation (Only work 15 days a month!) Compensation: $90-$110,000 + Full Benefits

Technical Leadership & Scope
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the technical heartbeat of a freshly expanded, high-speed food manufacturing facility. You will provide day-to-day leadership for a skilled staff of mechanics and electricians.
Key Technical Requirements:
- Technical Expert: At least 5 years of leadership experience specifically within food manufacturing or a high-speed "essential business" environment.
- Asset Management: Proven ability to manage PM programs and drive the reliability of high-value, cutting-edge assets.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience working with modern ERP software systems to track maintenance metrics and parts
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of quality systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance within a "wet-room" food production environment.
- Project Oversight: Ability to manage critical capital projects and facility infrastructure improvements
- Modern Infrastructure: Work in a pristine, freshly expanded facility with the latest production technology.
