Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe environment and maintain clear pathways while providing care.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Follow the assignment sheet/service plan, performing only the tasks assigned.
- Recognize, report, and document any changes in patient/client condition and safety to your supervisor.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- An active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
- A compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
