• Retail sales experience preferred, but applicant experience at any level is welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience using retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.

Hourly range: $12.38 to $20.63. The exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. The position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a highly competitive bonus program based on performance.
