ResponsibilitiesYour objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six‑month timeframe—an achievement that typically requires up to a year. You will lead, innovate, and inspire a new era of sales excellence. As you cultivate and expand your market presence, you will mentor new team members, imparting strategies for success.

- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of four years post‑high‑school work experience (or within six months of degree completion or less than four years of relevant sales or athletic experience).
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps, short sales cycle—3 business days), plus monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
