Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly as they enter and acknowledge them when they leave
• Provide friendly, professional service at all times.
• Answer questions about the menu, specials, and ingredients.
• Take accurate orders in-person and by phone.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints politely and quickly.

• Operate the POS system quickly and accurately.
• Process payments (cash, card, mobile pay, gift cards) and give correct change.
• Handle coupons, discounts, and loyalty programs correctly.
• Open, close, and balance the cash register as needed.
• Print and organize order tickets for the kitchen.

• Clearly communicate customer orders and special instructions to kitchen staff.
• Package pizzas, sides, and drinks neatly for dine-in, carry-out, or delivery.
• Double-check each order for accuracy before handing it to the customer or delivery driver.
• Label orders correctly for easy pickup.

• Maintain a clean and organized counter and lobby area.
• Wipe down tables, counters, menus, and beverage stations.
• Restock cups, lids, napkins, seasonings, and utensils.
• Maintain restrooms and customer areas according to store policy.

• Answer phones promptly and take accurate delivery or carry-out orders.
• Confirm order details, addresses, and customer contact info.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and ensure orders are ready on time.

• Follow food-handling rules and hygiene standards (gloves, handwashing, temperature checks).
• Keep food-service tools, warmers, and prep areas clean.
• Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to management immediately.

• Help fold pizza boxes during busy times.
• Assist with light prep work if needed and allowed.
• Communicate with team members to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Support coworkers during rush hours with multitasking and problem-solving.
