Sign Spinner Responsibilities (Primary Job)

* Stand outside the store or at approved roadside areas holding a promotional sign.

* Spin, wave, rotate, or move the sign to attract customer attention.

* Use energetic, friendly movements to increase visibility of promotions.

* Keep the sign clean, upright, and easy to read at all times.

* Greet passersby with a smile, wave, or friendly gesture.

* Represent the store with a positive, upbeat attitude.

Safety

* Stay on sidewalks or safe-designated areas-never step into traffic.

* Remain aware of surroundings (vehicles, pedestrians, weather).

* Follow all safety guidelines given by management.

Appearance

* Wear proper uniform or branded clothing provided by the store.

* Maintain a clean, professional appearance.

* Avoid distractions such as phones or headphones during work.

Work Conditions

* Able to stand, walk, and move continuously for long periods.

* Work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain, etc.).

* Bring signs in/out before and after the shift as required.

Pizza Store Associate Duties (When Assigned Inside the Store)

Customer Service

* Greet customers when they enter and thank them as they leave.

* Provide friendly, helpful service at the counter and over the phone.

* Assist customers with menu questions, specials, and recommendations.

Register & POS

* Operate the cash register efficiently.

* Take accurate orders for dine-in, carry-out, and delivery.

* Process payments (cash, cards, mobile pay) and give correct change.

* Handle coupons, discounts, and loyalty programs correctly.

Order Handling

* Communicate customer orders clearly to kitchen staff.

* Package pizzas, sides, and drinks properly.

* Double-check orders for accuracy before handing them off.

* Assist delivery drivers by preparing orders for pickup.

Front-End Cleanliness

* Keep counters, topping bars, and lobby areas clean and organized.

* Wipe tables, sweep floors, and restock napkins, cups, and condiments.

* Maintain restrooms if required by store policy.

Food Safety & Prep Support

* Follow food-handling guidelines and sanitation standards.

* Assist with light food prep (e.g., preparing boxes, filling sauce cups) when needed.

* Wear gloves, wash hands regularly, and follow safety protocols.

Teamwork

* Communicate effectively with managers, cooks, and drivers.

* Help during rush times by multitasking (phones, packaging, greeting).

* Report any issues (equipment problems, low stock, customer concerns).
