Perfumes 4 U is seeking energetic, goal‑driven individuals who are passionate about sales and motivated to earn money!

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive strong sales performance
• Support with floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping
• Lead by example as a top-performing salesperson
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales environment
• Function effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
• Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks:
  • Total PL of at least 35%
  • UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum

• Proven sales ability and strong interpersonal skills
• Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Retail experience required
