Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annual $49,000 - $50,500)

Work Schedule:

Rotating 3 week schedule, expected 45 hour work week.

• Execute company brand strategy and promote its vision, mission and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales.
• Recognize the importance of people and strengthen the team’s contribution toward achieving unit goals.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum’s food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Participate in monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

• Retail Management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver License.

Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid Driver License, and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. Retail Management experience is required. 2 years of experience preferred.
