Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience
  • Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
  • Leadership
  • Drive sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining the guest as the top priority.
  • Talent
  • Assist the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team.
  • Assist in building bench strength by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
  • Establish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team.
  • Operations & Visual
  • Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
  • Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards.
  • Problem‑solve; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.

Position Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
  • Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results
  • Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Able to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
