Join Our Team as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner – Make a Difference in Women’s Healthcare!
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient practice starting March 9th, 2026. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential antepartum and gynecological care alongside experienced OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and a licensed clinical social worker. Be a vital part of a team committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outpatient antepartum and gynecological services
- Perform IUD placements and removals, Nexplanon insertions/removals, and other procedures
- Manage OB patients in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members
- Ensure timely credentialing and adherence to clinical standards
- Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Active Texas Medical License and DEA registration
- Proficiency in outpatient gynecological and obstetric care
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Comfort with performing procedures such as IUD placement/removal and Nexplanon
- Experience with EME Athena system
- Ability to see OB patients in an outpatient clinic
- Prior experience working in diverse healthcare settings
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in women’s health or obstetrics/gynecology
- Previous experience working in outpatient environments
- Credentialing time estimated at 1-3 days
- Travel arrangements include airfare, lodging, and car rental covered by the client (or mileage and lodging if local)
- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with options for 3‑day schedules
