Womens Health Nurse Practitioner

As a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive gynecological and obstetric care, working alongside experienced OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and social workers. Required Skills:
- Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Active Texas Medical License and DEA registration
- Proven clinical experience in gynecological and obstetric outpatient care
- Proficiency in IUD placement and removal, Nexplanon insertion/removal, and emergency contraception
- Strong communication and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Skills:
- Experience with Athena EMR or similar healthcare management software
- Prior experience in antepartum and gynecological outpatient services
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
- 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience in women’s health
- Previous outpatient practice experience is highly preferred
- Willingness to start on March 9, 2026, or as soon as credentialed
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; flexible options for three-day schedules
- Credentialing process expected to take 1–3 days
- Travel reimbursements (airfare, lodging, car rental) provided if applicable; local candidates eligible for mileage and lodging support
- Satisfactory completion of outpatient credentialing
- Comply with all licensure, certification, and legal requirements
