Registered Nurse (RN) - The Belmont at Twin Creeks. We are striving to build our Registered Nurse (RN) "Dream Team" with a positive culture and fantastic opportunities for career advancement. Openings include:
Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm; DOUBLE WEEKEND OPENING FOR SATURDAY/SUNDAY 6A-10PM.

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians  orders. Evaluate and implement a patient s care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
