Fractional Marketing Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Consultant / Fractional Marketing Leader to elevate our brand presence and drive impactful marketing initiatives. In this role, you will act as a flexible, high-level marketing partner, providing expert guidance on multichannel marketing strategies, digital campaigns, content development, and brand positioning. Your innovative approach will help shape our marketing efforts across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

• Audit current marketing efforts, tools, messaging, and results
• Evaluate lead generation performance, funnel efficiency, and ROI
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on gaps, risks, and opportunities

• Deliver a prioritized growth roadmap with short-term wins and long-term initiatives
• Recommend new programs, channels, and strategies to increase qualified leads
• Advise on team structure, tools, and budget allocation

• Help launch or pilot new initiatives
• Support internal team execution and upskill where needed
• Align marketing strategy with sales and leadership objectives

• Former VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, or Growth Leader
• Strong B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS experience
• Track record of improving lead flow and conversion metrics
• Comfortable working with founders and executive teams
• Pragmatic, data-oriented, and outcome-focused

• Clear understanding of what’s working vs. what’s not
• Defined growth strategy tied to measurable KPIs
• Actionable plan to sustainably increase lead generation and pipeline

Pay: $3,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
