The RoleWe’re looking for a Director of Marketing who understands the IT channel and knows how to build and execute a marketing strategy that drives measurable pipeline and revenue.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll own strategy, execution, messaging, demand generation, brand positioning, and performance metrics. You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to refine our go‑to‑market motion and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do- Own and execute Glass Hive’s overall marketing strategy
- Drive demand generation and pipeline growth across vendor and partner audiences
- Refine and clearly articulate Glass Hive’s positioning within the IT channel
- Lead content strategy (thought leadership, enablement, campaigns, digital presence)
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO, email, and automation
- Develop campaigns aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks tied directly to pipeline and revenue
- Oversee brand voice, messaging consistency, and market presence
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive leadership
Build and manage internal and external marketing resources as needed - Be in front of a camera for Glass Hive videos
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS preferred)
- Experience marketing within or to the IT channel (MSPs, VARs, distributors, vendors) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and measurable revenue impact
- Strong understanding of vendor ecosystems and partner marketing dynamics
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Strong leadership skills with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex value propositions
