We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy women's health practice. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic and supports both clinical providers and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to deliver an excellent clinical and operational experience for women and their families while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.

• Support provider workflows to ensure efficient clinic operations
• Room patients, take vital signs, and ensure intake information is accurately documented in patient charts
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms and turn over rooms between visits, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment
• Assist providers during in-office gynecological exams and procedures
• Perform additional clinical duties as assigned

• Assist with and perform patient lab work, including:
  • Blood draws (phlebotomy)
  • Point-of-care (POC) testing (e.g., pregnancy tests, COVID, influenza, glucose, etc.)
  • Vaccine administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical inventory lists
• Ensure exam and procedure rooms are consistently stocked with supplies and linens
• Support medical records management and documentation
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Adhere to established practice policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
• Phlebotomy certification required
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused mindset
