Join Texas Health Resources as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (PRN) for night shifts. This role focuses on providing respiratory care in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
Work LocationTexas Health Allen, 1105 Central Expressway North, Allen, TX 75013
Work HoursPRN (As Needed) Nights – 12‑hour shifts. Weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage required.

- Graduate of an AMA‑approved Respiratory Care Program.
- Accredited CLIA and foreign education equivalency compliance.
- Preferred critical care experience in ICU, ED, or NICU.
- RCP (Respiratory Care Practitioner) and RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credentials upon hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, maintained quarterly.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ICU and Emergency Department certification, 90 days required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; computer proficiency.
- Review medical records and obtain relevant history from patients or families.
- Evaluate patients using age-appropriate assessment tests.
- Apply appropriate interventions following protocol guidelines.
- Demonstrate competence in age-appropriate patient assessment and individualized care.
- Use therapeutic techniques tailored to patient age and preferences.
- Perform treatment procedures within scope of professional license.
