Key Responsibilities
- Manage land and site development projects (residential, commercial, and infrastructure)
- Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Perform and review civil design including site layout, drainage, utilities, and permitting
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal staff
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and bid packages
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 7+ years of civil engineering and land development experience
- Proficiency in Auto Desk Civil 3D.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
