Civil Engineering Project Manager

Triangle Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead land development projects from concept through construction. This role combines technical design, project management, and client coordination within a collaborative team environment. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality civil engineering projects and mentoring junior staff.

• Manage land and site development projects (residential, commercial, and infrastructure)
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Perform and review civil design including site layout, drainage, utilities, and permitting
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal staff
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and bid packages
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 7+ years of civil engineering and land development experience
• Proficiency in Auto Desk Civil 3D
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
