DAS Construction Manager - In-Building

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled DAS Construction Manager with strong in-building project experience to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of DAS deployment projects across the U.S. Candidates with prior Verizon experience are strongly preferred due to their understanding of carrier standards, processes, and expectations.

This role will be based out of our Allen, TX office, with travel required on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for in-building DAS projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
• Lead site walks, construction planning, material coordination, and contractor management.
• Review design documents, installation drawings, BOMs, and project specifications.
• Oversee field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with safety and installation standards.
• Conduct quality checks, site audits, and ensure adherence to carrier and industry guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, RF, and project management teams for seamless project execution.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, especially carriers and integrators.
• Prepare progress reports, closeout documentation, and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Travel throughout the USA as required based on project needs.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in In-Building DAS construction and deployment projects.
• Preferably,
  former Verizon experience (direct or vendor), with understanding of VzW standards and approval processes.
• Working knowledge of DAS OEMs (Comm Scope, Corning, JMA, SOLiD, etc.).
• Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to interpret RF design documents, construction drawings, and installation standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed throughout the USA.
