Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Integration with strong wireless integration expertise to oversee and drive execution of integration and optimization projects. Candidates with prior Verizon experience are highly preferred, given their familiarity with Verizon systems, processes, and performance expectations.

This role will be based out of our Allen, TX office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate integration activities for 4G/5G, Small Cell, Macro, and In-Building systems (as applicable).
• Collaborate with integration engineers, field teams, RF teams, and internal stakeholders to streamline project execution.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Work with customer teams for scheduling, approvals, technical coordination, and issue resolution.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with carrier standards, MOPs, and integration procedures.
• Identify project challenges proactively and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors as needed for execution support.

Preferred

Skills & Experience:

• Preferably ex-Verizon (direct or vendor) with strong knowledge of Verizon integration tools, workflows, and expectations.
• Experience with wireless integration for LTE/5G, ERAN, RAN equipment, and/or small cells.
• Strong understanding of telecom project life cycles, integration processes, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and field teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
