HR is recruiting an OB/GYN to join a modern, physician-led practice serving the growing Allen, TXcommunity. This is an opportunity to practice full-scope OB/GYN in a collaborative, well-supported environment that prioritizes patient care, clinical excellence, and real work–life balance.

The Practice

You'll be part of a collegial OB/GYN and CNM care model with access to strong operational support, integrated technology, and a national network focused on quality and sustainability—not volume for volume's sake.

What You'll Do
  • Provide full-scope outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care

  • Perform gynecologic surgery across multiple settings

  • Work within a collaborative OB/GYN–CNM model that values teamwork and communication

  • Deliver patient-centered care focused on shared decision-making and a holistic approach

  • Practice in a supportive environment designed to reduce burnout and protect time off

Schedule & Call
  • 1:4 call rotation with CNM support

  • Manageable call schedule with PRN coverage for vacations and extended leave

  • 2.5 clinic days + 1 dedicated surgery day per week

  • Outpatient clinic located on a hospital campus

Support & Resources
  • Dedicated care teams, including LCSWs, lactation consultants, educators, and specialists

  • Integrated technology platforms that improve patient engagement and provider efficiency

  • Built-in continuing education plus an annual CME allowance

  • National practice infrastructure supporting growth, operations, and quality improvement

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

  • Eligible for Florida licensure by start date

  • Active or eligible DEA license

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
