Our integrated model allows OB/GYNs to practice at the top of their license with the support of Certified Nurse Midwives, mental health clinicians, and a comprehensive care team.

• 3.5-day workweek with more time for patients
• No wRVU or productivity requirements
• Base salary + annual bonus
• CNMs take first call
  , with OB/GYNs providing backup
• Manageable call schedule with more days off than traditional practices
• Integrated care teams including LCSWs, lactation, education, and specialists
• Tech-enabled practice with strong operational support
• National practice network focused on quality, outcomes, and sustainability

• Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care across the lifespan
• Perform gynecologic surgery in-office and at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen
• Serve scheduled 24-hour call shifts as backup to in-house CNMs (CNMs are onsite 24/7)
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
