• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front office tasks when needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical area
• Support the flow of the office and promote a positive team culture

• Current Texas RDA license (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
