Position Purpose and Objectives
The candidate must provide outstanding service to both internal and external members. The Lease Assistant will be involved in all aspects of the lease process. This includes working with Lease Consultants to secure paperwork from dealer; assisting consultants in finalizing paperwork to be provided to dealer; follow up with member issues regarding missing documentation for contracts. This individual will also work directly with the Lease Consultants to ensure that the member has been communicated with throughout the process.
Emphasis will be placed on successfully working with members and consultants to ensure excellence in service.
- Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members that meets or exceeds our core values.
- Assist with reviewing and analyzing new lease packages for accuracy in accordance with company policy.
- Create new lease accounts which includes accurately and efficiently loading vehicle and member information into our lease system.
- Issue requests to Accounting to ensure our dealers are paid accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answer member telephone calls and handle lessee questions regarding account maintenance.
- Process member requests regarding lease accounts, which may include due date changes, address changes, direct pay set up or change.
- Open new member accounts regarding new leases according to company policy and procedure.
- Review lease files after signing for accuracy.
- Secure and prepare documents for our Title Department.
- Prepare and process drafting for dealers to be paid.

Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position- Must have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must feel comfortable relating to individuals on every level including senior executive level.
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel and common database applications.
- Must be organized, a self‑started, and have a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the automobile industry.
- Good decision‑making abilities.
High school graduate, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
ExperienceOne to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee will occasionally, stand and walk, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee will occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
