Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T2033). Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour.

We are seeking proactive team members who help guests and contribute to a welcoming store environment. This role supports guest interactions, loyalty programs, in-store and digital services, and store cleanliness, while delivering efficient checkout and assistance at various service points.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs, including assistance with current promos and store activities.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet; direct guests to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns following policy and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store open hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and related duties while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.
