Veterinary Assistant Healing Care Animal Hospital We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Healing Care Animal Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping animals and their owners. This position involves assisting veterinarians in providing high-quality medical care to a variety of animal patients.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
* Prepare and maintain examination rooms, surgical suites, and medical equipment.
* Provide compassionate care to animals, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Educate pet owners on proper care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
* Maintain accurate medical records and assist with scheduling appointments.
* Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the clinic is well-stocked.
* Clean and disinfect work areas and animal housing facilities.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent; additional veterinary training or certification is a plus.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a veterinary assistant
* Strong knowledge of animal behavior, care, and basic veterinary procedures.
