What's the Job?- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
- Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard procedures.
- Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables/paper, and assist end users with device functionality.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
