Join the Ford Racing team! We are a small team of dedicated engineers who turn mainstream Ford vehicles into extraordinary performance machines (based in Allen Park, MI at Roush 57).
We are seeking an experienced Program Management Analyst, to join Ford Racing and lead the Next Generation Raptor programs.
Responsibilities- Lead Next Gen F150 Raptor Tool Order process and overall program delivery
- New / Major scale program with significant Upperbody, Underbody, Powertrain and Feature content
- Milestone experience from thru OKtB
The team includes an experienced PM Supervisor, dedicated Studio, Program Control and Sourcing Program Management Analysts.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Product Planning, Supply Chain, PMT and/or D&R role
- Must have Tooling / Sourcing experience, extensive project management experience, including thorough understanding of milestone deliverables and working knowledge of tool order process
- Familiarity with Ford PD systems including WERS, FEDE, Global Integrator (or Optex)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a team to resolution with work plans and accountability
- A Passion for Performance vehicles, have a “can-do / results-driven” attitude and be able to maintain positive / productive working relationships across multiple corporate cultures
- High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to "get the job done"
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – candidate must be comfortable in speaking and working with Chief / Director level management
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (including PowerPoint, Excel pivot tables)
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or a combination of education and experience related to Tool Order processes, Finance or Supply Chain Management

This position is a salary grade 7-8 (ranges from $96,).

What you'll do...
Lead Tool Order process for Raptor programs, including:
- Lead weekly Tooling PAT forum (agenda development and meeting facilitation)
- Manage Long Lead Funding 1-pagers and interface with Engineering to obtain spending curves
- Maintain program Tooling Tracker, including timing and planned vs. actual status for each step in the Tool Order release process.
- Remove roadblocks and manage cross-functional teams, to ensure timely Tool Order release (interfacing with Finance, FEDEBOM, PPM, NA Buyer, SCBS Buyer and VTA Analyst)
- Ensure accurate build and part level tooling lead times are maintained in FEDEBOM
- Generate Tooling overall program glidepath
- Maintain and communicate Tooling timing, performance and deliverable status in weekly PST report out
