IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
We seek a highly skilled Service Now Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Service Now solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Service Now architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and core modules, with demonstrated capabilities in solution design, platform governance, and system integrations.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives while driving automation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and architecture of Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, and GRC modules
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for Service Now implementations
- Architect scalable solutions for custom applications and enhancements within the platform
- Oversee development of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance in all Service Now deployments
- Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Conduct architectural reviews, impact assessments, and design validations
- Establish and enforce Service Now governance policies and ITIL compliance frameworks
- Perform platform health checks, performance tuning, and optimization
- Drive AI-driven automation initiatives to enhance system efficiency
- Monitor Service Now releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
- 10+ years of Service Now solution design and development experience
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, Sec Ops, and custom application development
- In-depth knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- Hands-on experience with Service Now integrations (REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server)
- Strong understanding of Service Now security models and data privacy best practices
- Enterprise architecture experience with cloud/SaaS platforms and microservices
- Familiarity with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to optimize large-scale Service Now implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Leadership experience with technical team mentorship capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, GRC
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ITIL v4 Certification
