We are seeking an experienced Lead Service Now Developer with a strong background in Field Service Management (FSM) to design, develop, and implement FSM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Service Now FSM, ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management, along with the ability to integrate and optimize field service workflows.
This role requires a deep understanding of Service Now architecture, scripting, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the architecture and design of Service Now FSM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop technical specifications, workflows, and integrations to optimize field service operations.
- Design and implement workflows, resource allocation, and technician scheduling for efficient field service delivery.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the FSM module, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with other Service Now applications.
- Configure and manage Dispatch Console, Work Order Management, Asset & Inventory Management, and Mobile App setup.
- Ensure seamless integration of FSM with ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
- Develop custom workflows, automation, and mobile functionalities to enhance field service operations.
- Integrate FSM with ERP, CRM, IoT platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct performance testing and optimizations to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring FSM solutions meet SLAs.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Service Now FSM implementations, including data model design, security, and change management.
- 10+ years of experience in Service Now development with a focus on FSM.
- 8+ years of experience working with FSM and other Service Now modules such as ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
- Expertise in FSM applications, including Dispatch Console, Mobile App for FSM, Work Order Management, and Inventory Management.
- Hands-on experience integrating FSM with ERP, CRM, IoT, and other platforms.
- Strong understanding of field service workflows, scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and leading Service Now projects.
- Experience with IoT integrations in FSM for asset monitoring and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of Service Now Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Performance Analytics for FSM measurement.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM or other relevant certifications.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- FSM-specific certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
