UST is searching for a Senior AI Consultant Engineer who will develop agents using Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, and Power Platform and potentially Copilot agents (Teams and SharePoint).

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and build plans.
• Implement testing, monitoring, and quality controls to ensure reliability and ease of use.
• Incorporate feedback from GWS stakeholders and teams along the way.
• Prioritize and develop additional backlog items after priority agents are built.
• Assess remaining use cases for feasibility, level of effort, and sequencing.

• Ability to translate operational challenges into structured, AI-enabled workflows.
• Skilled in facilitating requirement gathering and co-design sessions with non-technical teams.
• Experience delivering solutions for both small internal groups and enterprise-scale audiences.
• Firsthand experience building bots/agents in Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, and pro-code environments such as Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficiency with multi-step workflows in Power Automate.
• Ability to securely integrate structured and unstructured data sources both internally and externally (e.g., SharePoint, 3rd party business applications, Knowledge Graph, etc.) through connectors and MCPs.
• Data modeling experience and/or understanding of data modeling or traditional machine learning modeling.
• Experience building solutions on Azure Governed cloud.
• Strong understanding of role-based access, permissions, and secure data handling.
• Experience working in environments with strict compliance and data‑protection requirements.
• Ability to produce clear, IT-ready technical documentation.

$113,000–$170,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
