A Pega Business Development Executive who can acquire new clients, grow strategic accounts, and position UST as the preferred partner for Pega‑led transformation initiatives. You will build a strong sales pipeline, qualify Pega opportunities, engage senior business leaders, and close large‑scale transformation deals. In this role you will be centered on business development, value positioning, and deal execution. As the front‑line representative of UST’s Pega practice, you will evangelize the business impact of Pega solutions and help drive our go‑to‑market strategy across industries.
You will drive new Pega‑led transformation opportunities, cultivate long‑term relationships with C‑suite stakeholders, and work closely with Pegasystems’ regional sales and alliance teams to accelerate growth.
- Build and maintain a high‑value pipeline within Health Insurance, Telecom, Retail, and BFSI.
- Execute outbound campaigns, multi‑step sequences, Linked In outreach, webinars, and industry events.
- Own the full sales lifecycle: qualification → discovery → solution alignment → proposal → negotiation → close.
- Run high‑quality discovery sessions to understand business problems and map them to Pega solutions.
- Lead proposal creation with internal pre‑sales, architects, and delivery leadership.
- Work closely with Pegasystems’ Account Executives and Partner/Alliance teams to co‑sell deals.
- Participate in Pega sales calls, partner events, and pipeline sharing sessions.
- Position the company as the preferred Pega implementation partner in the region.
- Represent the company at Pega World, insurance/telecom/BFSI conferences, and regional tech events.
- Collaborate with marketing to produce content: case studies, whitepapers, success stories.
- Maintain CRM hygiene — accurate pipeline, activity tracking, forecasting.
- Participate in weekly sales stand‑ups and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- At least 10 years of enterprise technology services sales experience.
- At least 5 years experience selling Pega services OR deep familiarity with Pega ecosystem.
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ services deals in IT consulting, cloud transformation, BPM, CRM, or automation.
- Strong relationships or existing network in insurance, telecom, banking, or retail highly desirable.
- Ability to engage with VP/CXO‑level executives and IT/Business decision makers.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment (0→1 scaling).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑driven, disciplined, and highly accountable.
- Experience working with Pegasystems Partner ecosystem.
- Understanding of Pega modules:
Customer Service, Decisioning, Workflow Automation, Claims, KYC/Onboarding, CPQ.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
