The Product Manager is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and working cross-functionally to bring successful products to market. This role combines customer insight, business acumen, and technical understanding to deliver products that drive value and support company goals.

• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to identify opportunities.
• Define product success metrics and track performance.

• Gather customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and usage data.
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into product requirements.
• Validate ideas through experiments, prototypes, and research.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Lead product planning, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with engineering and design teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

$88,000-$132,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.

Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
