Overview
Service Now Solution Architect - Contract — Aliso Viejo, CA (Onsite)
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in designing and developing Service Now solutions.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, Sec Ops, and custom applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer).
- Experience in Service Now integration with external systems (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, and Integration Hub).
- Deep understanding of Service Now security, access controls, and data privacy best practices.
- Experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and modern integration strategies.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops, CI/CD, Agile, and ITIL methodologies.
- Performance optimization experience in large-scale Service Now implementations.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, or GRC
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred)
- ITIL v4 Certification (Preferred)
