Pay: $21 per hour + Shift Differential Pay + Benefits

Job Schedule:

1 Fulltime shift – 2AM & 2 PM, 1 Part‑time shift

How it works:

• 3% for evening shifts
• 5% for NOC shifts
• 7% for weekend shifts
• 10% for weekend evening shift
• 12% for weekend NOC shift

What You’ll Do:

• Promote independence by assisting residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation, and meal service in accordance with the care plan.
• Encourage socialization and physical activity by transporting or escorting residents to meals, activities, appointments, and outings as required.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident calls for emergency and non‑emergency assistance.
• Observe residents regularly and report any changes in condition to supervisor or nurse on duty; record changes and observations in the electronic medical record system.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal service as assigned.

The Skills You’ll Need:

• High school education preferred, or up to six months related experience and/or training.
• First Aid certification required.
• Basic computer skills and experience using electronic medical records/charting.
• Excellent punctuality and dependability.
• Willingness and ability to walk for multiple hours per shift with ease.
