We are immediately hiring Production Technicians / Machine Operators / General Laborers for our Aliquippa Production Facility, located in Center Township, PA. This position will pay $18.00/hour. In this role, you will operate a variety of equipment and perform production and basic maintenance functions in the manufacturing of our industry-leading flooring products.

Work Schedule

• Non-rotating, steady shifts
• Monday - Friday
• 3:00 p.m.
  
  - 11:30 p.m.
• 11:00 p.m.
  
  - 7:30 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery.
• Measure and weigh raw materials; fill silos as needed.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Package products for shipment.
• Properly store raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse

Experience and Skills

• Commitment to working safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent work ethic, including reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a cheerful outlook

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
• Occasional kneeling, bending, and physical movement required.
