Overview
Shift: 5:45am – 6pm & 5:45pm – 6am, Rotation
Hourly pay rate $25.94 - $33.16 per hour
Responsibilities- Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
- Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are met.
- Record production data and other results as required.
- Apply basic maintenance skills to help service equipment.
- Take an active role in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by supervision.
- Adapt to scheduling requirements including shiftwork, overtime, and weekends where applicable.
- Able to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
- Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
- Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.
- Ability to apply basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product is within specifications.
- Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife, etc.).
- Effective teamwork and communication skills with all co-workers.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience of the candidate.
